By registering for our conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the usage of photographs and images taken during our events:

1. Consent for Photography and Image Capture: You grant South West Transit Association and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, and capture your image and likeness during our events. This includes, but is not limited to, conferences, workshops, seminars, events, and any related activities.

2. Use of Images: South West Transit Association may use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, and informational purposes. This usage may include, but is not limited to, our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, presentations, and publications.

3. No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalty, or reimbursement for the use of your image or likeness. The images will be used solely at the discretion of South West Transit Association.

4. Retention and Duration: South West Transit Association will retain the images and recordings for an indefinite period. The images may be used in future events and activities.

5. Release of Liability: You release South West Transit Association, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to the use of your image or likeness.

6. Right to Object: If you do not wish to have your image or likeness used by South West Transit Association, you must notify us in writing before the event or conference. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

7. Third-Party Use: South West Transit Association cannot control the use of images by third parties who may attend our events. We encourage all attendees to be mindful of their own image and privacy.

8. Contact Information: If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your image or would like to request the removal of a specific image, please contact us at admin@swta.org.

By registering for our conference, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Photography and Image Usage Disclaimer and agree to its terms and conditions. Your participation in our events implies your consent to the use of your image and likeness as described herein.
