Shannon serves as a liaison between Transdev and our clients, supporting both to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. A 27-year transit veteran, she has experience managing ADA, on demand, fixed route, university and airport shuttle, retirement community services, dial-a-ride, Medicaid, and NEMT services. Starting from the ground up as a transportation operator and moving up through the organization to managing over 14 states, Shannon is experienced in all aspects of transportation and brings tremendous value to the customers she serves.
