E. Adam Waddell has served as the Director of Razorback Transit at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for the past 13 years, leading a 5307 Large Urban public transit agency that serves both the university and the city. With a career spanning over 26 years in transit, he has experience in every aspect of the field, from bus and paratransit operator to managing Paratransit Operations. Under his leadership, Razorback Transit has become a vital service for both the University of Arkansas and the City of Fayetteville. He has held notable positions including President of the Arkansas Transit Association, a two-time appointee to the Arkansas Public Transit Coordinating Council, and a board member of the Southwest Transit Association since 2018.
