Theo joined the team at Capital Area Transit System in 2011 and is currently the CEO. Transit is his passion, and he is dedicated to changing the narrative on CATS within the community. Theo works closely with the community on addressing needs vital to restoring a transit system that benefits the everyone. Along with discovering nontraditional funding streams for the agency, Theo works with local community organizations ensuring CATS is assisting in the development of a better Baton Rouge. Theo serves on numerous non-profit boards and received the President’s National Service Award from President Bush.
