- Booth locations will be assigned first-come, first-serve unless a booth is included with a sponsorship. Sponsorships receive priority. Booth Assignments will be provided a few weeks prior to the conference.
- Refund Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 processing fee if cancellation requests are received via email by 2/20/2025. No refunds on Sponsorships once you have received any electronic or print recognition.
- Payment
- All invoice payments and membership dues must be paid prior to conference commencement.
